Our Policies

Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled over the phone with any of our staff members, or can be made in our office for a future visit.  We do our best to find appointments for you as quickly as possible and ones that will fit into your daily schedule.

Should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we request that give us 48 hours notice so that we may accommodate another patient who is waiting for an appointment.  We realize that this is not always possible due to illness, last-minute work changes, etc. and will work with you to accommodate scheduling needs.

Insurance/Co-payment

Laser Esthetica is a 'Direct Pay' office; which means that we expect payment at time of service. Although we do not process insurance claims on your half, we can provide you with a bill and receipt if the treatment you have received is covered by your insurance provider. Please ask us if you have questions regarding this issue.

Prescription Refills

Should Dr. Prasad include prescription medications as part of your treatment you may get refills by calling our office or having the pharmacy fax over a Refill Request. Certain prescription refills will require a visit with Dr. Prasad before the order can be completed.
